How He Do It

Quality Control

We use the CMT productive processo, that is: cut, production and control.

All the phases of production are controlled with the maximum exigency, guarantying the quality of our pants respecting the agreed delivery times.

Cut

The cut sector is fundamental, once it increases the production and reduces the flaws.

Confection

We have a large number of sewing machines, of several types, to respond to all that is asked to us for the production of Chinese pants and semi classic pants.

The good environment in this company, and the responsibility of every single worker to produce every piece like if it was unique is the key of our success.

We are able to produce 800 pieces/day.

Irons

Most of our workers are with us since since the very beginning of our company, carrying with them the experience, the knowledge, the professionalism and the culture of the company.

The passage of the iron by the experience hands highlight the quality of the fabrics and improve a piece to the next phase, the packing.

Packing, labeling…

The pieces are packed according to all the specifications requested by the client, since plastic bags, labeling, card boxes…

Quality control

The control is always present in all phases of the productive process, so, since the the prototype until the packing.

Every single piece goes through a huge control of flaws detection, guarantying that the pieces are delivered to our clients according the first sample approved by the client within the agreed period.
